MY THOUGHTS
Welcome to Pennycress Inn is the start of a brand-new romance series from Sarah Hope, an author I can recommend as I’ve read her books before.
A nice light read but it does have some important bits in it too. A book that’ll have the afternoon zipping by before you know it. I was engrossed in it, loved the characters and the setting of the English countryside is magical.
This left me with a smile on my face and I can highly recommend it. Can’t wait to read the others in this new series.

I’m certainly intrigued as to why the villagers are so set against the protagonist!

They associate her with the past owner who kicked the previous tenant out, a very friendly elderly lady everyone liked but she had nothing to do with it and didn’t even know the landlord. It all turns out well though.
