It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? a place to meet up and share what you have been and are about to be reading over the week. It’s a great post to organise yourself. It’s an opportunity to visit and comment and er… add to your groaning TBR pile! So welcome in everyone. Hosted at The Book Date.

Nice looking assortment of books. All of them are new to me. Some holiday books are creeping into my reading pile too. Come see my week: Inside of a Dog: It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? (September 9, 2024) (inside-dog.blogspot.com)

Hello (Deanne?), at the moment I am reading “Magnum Contactsheets” by Kristen Lubben; Working on book “Nothing to see here” and finally I recommend “The Queen’s Gambit” -https://www.imdb.com/title/tt10048342/

Hi, Deanne! I love your books, they all look so good!
I’m reading, “Church Farm House” by Benedict Ashforth.
Just from the title alone it sounds like a book I’d enjoy.

Congratulations! Plenty of blogs to to read for sure.
😀 yes.
My current read is Maybe Next Time by Cesca Major. It’s kind of like Groundhog Day. I’m listening to the audio book and have about 2 hours left. Good so far.
I’ve read several books like that. I hope it was a great read for you.
I have too many total books that I am reading, but the most important one is Anonymous Jesus Hidden Years and Yours by Dr. Alicia Britt Chole with the Circle 31 Book Club
I have stacks of them myself. Hope you enjoy them when you get to them
Thank you! I am sure I will since it is like taking a vacation anywhere you want with a good book.
Diary Of A Wimpy Kid: The meltdown By: Jeff Kinney
Great choices I’ve read and reviewed some of those a few years ago.

OH, I lovee Downton Abbey and really liked the Gilded Age too!
The Birdcage also sounds intriguing!
My #IMWAYR is here.
They’ve become true favorites of mine. I am about halfway through Downtown Abbey and I’m not sure what I’ll do when I’m done. 😂
hahah time to re-start it? 😉 Lol mostly, I kid! But I know what you mean, like you’re left a bit bereft afterwards! 🖤
Right! I’m.hoping to find something similar when I’m done.
Yeah hopefully! Alas, I don’t know of any others but I haven’t been watching that much TV :S
I love this show
It’s become a favorite of mine.
It looks like you have some great reads coming up. I enjoyed both those shows, I also liked Mr. Selfridge based on the opening of the department store in the UK.
Hoping to find something similar to those two when I’m done. I’ve never heard of that one. Wonder if it’s available here.
It was on BBC, Deanne.
