
Good morning friends,
I usually try not to eat breakfast because I am doing intermittent fasting every day. I eat between 10 a m. and 5 p m. It helps with weight loss and gives me more energy Lately for lunch I’ve been making myself an omelet , Which some would consider breakfast food. It’s filling and good protein for me since I don’t eat meat. To mine I add sauteed onion, mushrooms and cheese and put it on toast for a sandwich. What are some of your favorite breakfast foods?

I often eat omelets for a meal – but for breakfast I like flax cereal with fruit!

I like adding Bob’s Red Mill whole ground flaxseed to my cereal.

I like to eat many different foods, but for breakfast, I will usually have oatmeal with egg whites and banana in it with cinnamon, pb and butter in it. It sounds gross but it is actually very yummy!

It all sounds yummy to me. I mix quite a few different things together and my family thinks it’s gross, but I love food mixtures plus yours sounds very filling.
