What bothers you and why?
What frustrates me is the lack of common sense so many seem to have nowadays, especially in service oriented jobs. You practically have to tell them how to do their job and no one apologizes or cares.

What bothers me is people jumping to conclusions without knowing the whole story!

I totally understand your frustration. It seems like good customer service is becoming a lost art. Hopefully, more emphasis will be placed on proper training and genuine care for customers in the future.
Boy isn’t that the true. Customer service is a joke. No one cares and they don’t apologize for anything or care that they are wasting your time.
