Nice book haul! I am hoping to finish The Divine Proverb of Streusel today. It is quite different from Mrs. Kip. I hope your ankle continues to improve. Have a great week!

The library was calling me today so I couldn’t resist. I was limping but I got it done 😍☕📚💜
Definitely a variety. Hopefully I’ll enjoy them all. I hadn’t even realized The Divine Proverb of Streusel was by the same author as Mrs Kip. I really enjoyed her first book and was looking forward to another by her. So when I saw so many reviews of it I thought this must be a pretty good book. I then saw a blogger say it was the same author so I downloaded it. Hopefully I’ll enjoy it. Thank you, it’s almost like learning to walk again
I have to practice walking every two hours and do ankle exercises. Not easy but worth it to have it heal properly.
I’m trying not to “stack the shelves,” but I’m glad those books are there for you during your enforced “leisure.” Pain doesn’t make it easier to read.
I don’t blame you, can I call it pitying myself reading 🤔😂 sometimes it’s hard to read because of the pain but it’s getting better all the time.
