SUNDAY POST

The Sunday Post is a blog news meme hosted @ Caffeinated Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog and showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on your blog for the week ahead. Join in weekly, bi-weekly or for a monthly wrap up.

Christmas will be here before we know it and I’m not ready. What about you? I still have gifts to wrap and baking to do. I always do my baking 2 days before Christmas, otherwise it’ll all get eaten. The kiddos are off school on the 21st and return January 2nd. Summer vacations and holiday breaks aren’t as bad as they used to be because they are older now with the youngest one now being 12. Our oldest son and his wife are expecting twins, and we all are greatly looking forward to the birth. Due date February 8 but they won’t let her go past 37 weeks they said. These are our first grandchildren, and the anticipation is high. We have about 24 hours of rain coming in today and tomorrow so a soggy time will be had. Have a great week and let me know how things are with you.

He is the only one of my children married and it happened back in 2019. Twins don’t run in our family exactly though he has an aunt that has twins and a cousin. I call it a two for one special 😅. Yep, I’ll be enjoying those books while the rain is pouring 💜📚☕🤗🎄 you have a wonderful week too. 🌂☔📚

That’s wonderful you’re ready, not much left for us either to do. I do enjoy veg as well. I usually make a tray of them, adding cheese and snack crackers along with pickles of course the pickles go first. Enjoy your time off when you get it and Merry Christmas to you and your son. 🎄

I’m so happy to hear you enjoyed the post. Thank you. I just try to add a few helpful bits each week. My daughter’s crochet and we have a few outdoor cats that come around as well. I wish your outdoor kitty the best, luckily we have a heated garage that I feed and give them water in. I also bought some warm cat beds and blankets for them. I still worry about them in this weather. We live in Pennsylvania so it can get pretty cold here. I hope your kitty is so big well in this weather too. Thank you for stopping in.

It is exciting, thank you. Every day is one day closer. I agree, it’s not easy to shop for some people and it can be so frustrating. I don’t really like to get gift cards because I want a personal touch but sometimes it comes down to that, especially if I’m running out of time. Best of luck finding that perfect gift.
