What’s a piece of media (book, movie, song) that changed how you see the world?
I won’t name one specific book, but when I read nonfiction books about plants, birds or animals I become more in tune with them. They are the voiceless and they need us to advocate for them. This is why I have started planting native flowers in my garden this year. It attracts and feeds birds and butterflies and bees and looks so beautiful. I will be planting some native trees soon as well to feed the birds.
