You’re going on a cross-country trip. Airplane, train, bus, car, or bike?

I have a fear of airplanes, a bike wouldn’t be ideal, a train and bus aren’t personal enough so my mode of travel would be in a car with my family.
Thank you for stopping in.

I’m sorry you’re afraid of airplanes. It is actually a safer mode of travel than driving.
That’s what I keep hearing and I’m really trying to convince myself of it as well.
Therapists can help you. I also suggest you tour your airport and arrange for a talk with a pilot. Once you understand what keeps the airplane in the air, it helps.
You’re right, that may be very helpful to me.
And remember about 35,000 people die a year in the U.S. from car accidents.
We had a wonderful train ride on the Canadian Rocky Mountaineer from Denver to Moab, Utah over the Rocky Mountains. I would opt for train or car, although driving can be so tiring.
That really sounds great. I have wanted to do train travel for a while. I really should try it.
The food they serve on the train is fantastic – you overeat! and you have a one night stop in an old railroad hotel.
