If you could meet a historical figure, who would it be and why?
I would enjoy talking to an ordinary woman living in Gettysburg during the civil war period and hear about her day to day life and how the war affected it.

I’ve always wanted to meet Elizabeth I, or Sacajawea, but maybe I can choose one of my characters, Mary Allerton Cushman of the Mayflower and Plymouth colony.

No doubt it would be so fascinating to travel back in time and ask so many questions but I’m not sure if want to time travel if I possibly could because I’d be afraid of being stuck in that time period without my family. It would also be interesting to have them travel to our time period, though it would be a bit strange having someone not familiar with our modern times.

Oh yes! That is one reason I am glad time traveling is not possible! But it sure would be interesting to ask questions about their period and them asking us questions about our period. But yes. I agree with you 💯
