What makes a good neighbor?
I once had a neighbor who asked personal questions, had an outside balcony and made no pretense of not staring from her queenly throne and starting at everything our family did while outside. She would also call me from her balcony when I was in the house, she’d peer in my windows as she could see in. Now this is not how you have a good neighbor. I was glad when she moved away.

It wasn’t pleasant. Glad she’s gone.

That’s really annoying. That is definitely not being a good neighbor.

Very unpleasant. Had me on edge, not a good feeling.

Sorry about the nosy neighbor. We had a neighbor who decided to share a watermelon with the kids in the neighborhood. Our three year old son ate all of it and then he said “I want more”. She went back in to get him more. She was a good neighbor.

Thank you, so glad she’s gone. Now the house just sits empty. Awww, now that’s a wonderful neighbor. 🍉. Does your son still love watermelon as much as he used to?

Some are bad neighbors and some are good neighbors. He still loves watermelon and fruits. As he grew up Chinese, Japanese food and Sushi became his favorite. He has a very specific taste.

Tell me about it. It’s like can’t they find anything better to do than know everything I do?

In my experience, they live vicariously through you . . . then criticize what you do or don’t do! 🤷♀️

A good neighbor is one who is not nosy but will spend time talking with you when you run into them and is there to help when help is needed.

That is so true, I didn’t mind talking once in awhile but she had to know everyone’s business.
