My favorite artist for many years has been Mary Cassatt.

I love Monet, Deanne. I remember looking up Mary Cassatt some time ago after reading a book in which her art was mentioned. She has done some beautiful paintings. 💖
I agree, Sandy. Beautiful artwork from both of them. I do love the impressionist art style. You just don’t see that type of work anymore.🩷

There is a Mary Cassatt exhibit currently in San Francisco. An artist friend of mine went – she is not enamored with Cassatt, and I am indifferent. I am more of a Monet, Manet, van Gogh fan.
