It’s Monday! What Are You Reading?

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? a place to meet up and share what you have been, and are about to be reading over the week. It’s a great post to organise yourself. It’s an opportunity to visit and comment and er… add to your groaning TBR pile! So welcome in everyone. This meme started on J Kaye’s blog and then was hosted by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn here at The Book Date.

This past week I haven’t been able to read as much as I would’ve liked to. I’ve been helping my daughter with moving and deep cleaning my bedroom. You know, the kind of cleaning where you move everything, sweep and mop underneath it and go through everything, what gets tossed, given away or put somewhere else. It’s time consuming but I’m gonna be happy with the results when I’m done.

That about sums up my reading week. I’m looking forward to diving into more Christmas books soon.

And for yourself? What’s on your upcoming reading list?

It’s such a gift to have a parent that was an avid reader and to inherit the love of books. I got it from my mother. I hear people say they never read and can’t stand it and I just don’t understand it.

I agree, it’s so pretty and I love historical fiction. It was every bit as good as the cover promised it would be. Oh what a clever title. I hope you enjoy it and happy reading to you. 💕🍫🌷📚

I read very slowly. But currently I’m reading a religious book called ‘the paradise of the holy fathers.’ I think I mainly read non fiction. My last non christian books I read were law of attraction books by Dr Wayne Dyer and Dr Deepak Chopra.
