Good morning all,
I went out yesterday and got some nice bargains when I was out. Later in the day I did some weeding of the patio. Our patio has bricks and unfortunately with the heat and humidity this year a lot of weeds and grass have been growing between the bricks. Anyone have any tips to getting rid of the weeds and grass not chemical related? I have pets and children and don’t want to use chemicals. Today is going to be in the 90’s again and I think I’ll take a break from going out and also do some cleaning around the house

You could try a vinegar and soap solution. It could work.

I have the same problem with our pavers out the back. I am going to try tipping salt and boiling water over them if it ever stops raining! Just be aware that this is not recommended if the area you are treating drains into a garden. Good luck.

It does not and I’m willing to try anything. Thank you. It’s really hot pulling weeds in this heat. Hopefully your rain will finally let up so you can get some weeding done as well.

Fingers crossed Deanne. It’s a bit of a mixed bag today but apparently we’re heading for a few days of more settled weather.

Haha, I think you’ve sent it our way. We’ve had heavy rain and lightning ⚡ today and we’re due for more tomorrow. ⛈️ Maybe you’ll be able to get some outside work done now though, hope so.

It’s a beautiful day outside today (Wednesday), Deanna. But I have dance class tonight and haven’t done my homework (learning new steps and combinations) so that’s what I am doing this afternoon.
