It was my son Austin’s birthday 🎂 yesterday. Unfortunately I didn’t get out to buy the ingredients for his birthday meal yesterday because my stomach was bothering me. Today after running around doing errands we went to Walmart and picked up the stuff for his meal.

It looks delicious and smells great. I couldn’t eat any though because it’s packed with ground beef, sausage and pepperoni and I don’t eat meat.

It sure looks and smells delicious. I’m pleased two of the boys wanted a home cooked meal for their birthday meal rather than a takeout meal. Shows they’re growing up.

Looks delicious, Deanne. I like to make mine with sausage. Haven’t had any in a coon’s age because I know it’s fat on a plate. But I love it, and if someone made it for me, I wouldn’t refuse!
Thank you. I was told it was delicious, which I was happy to hear. This recipe has ground beef, sausage and pepperoni in it plus mozzarella and freshly grated Parmesan cheese and the ricotta of course Now that is a ton of fat and calories but it sure smelled good baking. I need to make some without the meat so I can eat it. It’s been quite awhile since I’ve eaten lasagna too.
