So today is my son Luke’s birthday. For my children I always offer to make them a birthday ๐ meal or get them dinner out. Every year Luke chooses a pasta dish. This year he chose lasagna. This is my second time ever making lasagna, the last time was 2 years ago when he chose it for his meal. Here’s his meat lasagna he chose, it has sausage, ground beef and pepperoni in it. Happy birthday Luke, love you, Mom.

Not really, I cooked meat before so I’m used to it I guess . Even when I ate meat I didn’t eat much meat, no red meat and I used to just eat fish and chicken. Now it’s none but I still can cook it but not tempted to eat it ๐คฃ๐ด๐๐๐ป๐
Whoops, I forgot to it’s a 15 ounce container of ricotta cheese.
Awesome! That’s what I use too. I do not like it with cottage cheese! I put the ricotta I. A bowl and mix in one beaten egg. It makes it easier to spread the cheese!!๐๐
I’ve never tried cottage cheese in lasagna though I do like cottage cheese. Besides ricotta cheese it has mozzarella and Parmesan shredded and I added that egg for easier blending. Wish I could have tried it but oh well, smelled good though.. ๐ณ
