I have one tattoo on my arm already. It’s of a stack of books and says “So many books so little time” I would like to get another at some point but I’m not sure where, when or what of.

My son and daughter in law have a good number of tattoos but in places that are largely hidden by clothes (he was military). I think he would be shocked if I got a tattoo – at my age! – but if I did, it would be on the inside of my ankle and probably an eagle.
Some people just like a lot of them. I certainly have no problem with it. My son is a police officer/detective in Maryland and he has quite a few himself, his wife has them too but not as many. If it’s been on your mind to get one I say, go for it. Then you could really shock him and probably impress him too 😂
Yup, I would definitely shock him! I went sky-diving a few years ago so I could tease him that I had jumped out of a plane at a higher altitude than he did (he was 82nd Airborne) and his comment was, why would you want to do that? I loved it – may do it again this year.

Right, you can’t go cheap. I’ve seen some really bad tattoo artistry that would be embarrassing to wear.
My son has one, but my daughter has quite a few. I am a wuss and have not desire to put myself through pain. If I ever did, it would be something with my family’s names or initials.
When I got mine, I thought it would hurt more than it did. Very small amount of pain. Yes, they can really symbolize something important, of course with me that’s why I got a stack of books.
No tatoo for me.
