A: I enjoy when characters have to live in a house for a certain amount of time before they can inherit it or sell it and they fall in love with the house/area and want to stay.

Hmmm, I don’t really have a favourite plot twist. I like when they take me by surprise, but they have to fit the story and have hints of clues when I look back.
This isn’t something I think about very often, but I do like your favorite plot twist too.
