Daily Prompt: Dinosaurs, I don’t think so

Daily writing prompt
If you could bring back one dinosaur, which one would it be?

I watched a very interesting documentary today by National Geographic about them excavating dinosaur bones in Argentina. Fascinating piece and the simulation of the dinosaurs running around, wow. Those things are huge. Its tail was taking out trees as he whipped it around.

I’m not interested in having any dinosaurs brought back because I’m not interested in being their lunch and they’d just destroy everything anyways.

I think it would be fascinating to bring back some of the humongous prehistoric fish though. Unfortunately, I feel as though they’d be fished to extinction again.

But what if you put them in a zoo with a really high fence?

Well never mind. I saw Jurassic Park.

The T-Rex Sue is commemorated with a number of very good IPA beers from Toppling Goliath. King Sue, Pseudo Sue, and many others. They have the T-Rex on the label and it says the T-Rex was named after its discoverer Sue Hendrickson.

Would you believe despite it’s popularity I’ve never seen Jurassic Park. I think maybe I should. I’ve never heard of a can of beer having a dinosaur on it so I looked them up. The cans had some pretty cool logos. Pseudo Sue and Phillips Dino Sour were my favorites.

I think some of the prehistoric sea life would be fascinating but they’d have to be contained since they could wreck havoc on the ecosystem! There is an effort underway to recreate a woolly mammoth. I’m ok with that.

I think they’d be fascinating as well. I think I’ll look into finding a documentary on them . It would be interesting to learn more about them. Now that would be super interesting having a wooly mammoth recreated.
