Watermelon 🍉, an anniversary 🎉 and the heat 🥵

We bought a delicious cool and refreshing watermelon. I love it. Today is our anniversary, we weren’t able to go on an anniversary trip yet but will . Our son treated us to pizza hut, so good. Hubby offered to take us out for dinner at a sit down restaurant and I’ll take him up on that offer when I have more of an appetite. It’s 32 years today . I told you all the story of how he proposed but I’ll tell it again for anyone who missed it. We went to an old drive-in, the only one of its kind left in the area. We don’t live around there so I don’t know if it’s still there. I was hungry and he offered to go get a snack for us. I said I’d go and he said wait here so I waited in the car. He comes back with this big tub of buttered popcorn 🍿. I grab a handful and throw it in my mouth then feel something hard in my mouth. Taking it out of my mouth I notice it’s a heart shaped diamond ring 💍 I don’t know how he knew I’d grab the popcorn with the ring or how it didn’t slide down 👇 into the tub of popcorn further down but it didn’t.  This is my ring, it really needs cleaned.
