Daily Prompt 1 April Monday

What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like?

Get up, then get the kids up for school, brush teeth, I always shower at bedtime so no need for that, skin care routine , spend time giving my cats lots of attention, they will accept no less, scoop their box, give them food, get the kids out the door, drink water, I always feel better after I hydrate and some mornings I go out walking them I’ll come home and make tea .

Make coffee, retrieve the paper, have some breakfast while watching the morning news, then off to my office to write. Getting dressed fits in there somewhere. Walking or swimming sometime in the afternoon.

I do like to know the news first thing in the morning too. If I’m staying home for the day sometimes I’ll leave on my comfy pj bottoms. Sounds like your mornings are busy too. I prefer that over just sitting around in tbe morning.
