What is your middle name? Does it carry any special meaning/significance?
I actually have been going by my middle name as my first name since I was 13 years old. My first name is Aprul and I go by my middle name of Deanne.

I think both names are beautiful. As for me, my middle name is Stig, but not really. My Swedish name is “Stig Thomas Wikman” with “Thomas” being my main-name or the name used to address me. Sweden does not follow the first name rule common in the US. Therefore, after immigrating to the US I changed my name to “Thomas Stig Wikman” so my main name could continue being “Thomas”. Stig is a Scandinavian pagan/norse name meaning “wanderer”.

My middle name is Audrey, which was my mother’s name. The name is of Anglo Saxon origin and means noble strength. My niece named her little girl Audrey.

That is a different spelling for April/Aprul. I like both names, Deanne. My middle name is Lenore and I am not a fan. My first name was from my dad (his name was Carl) and my middle name came from my mom (her middle name was Elenore), so I’m okay with it as it is part of her.
