Daily Prompt Thursday 15

When doing the self checkout at Walmart several months ago I accidentally shoplifted. I had put a loaf of bread in the front of the cart where a child sits then taken off my cardigan and threw it on top of the bread and forgot it was there. Unloading the cart into the car and grabbing my cardigan I saw the bread. Taking it back into the store the employee at the front asked if I was returning it. I then took it to the self checkout and paid for it.
