Though you all know me by the name Deanne, it’s not actually my first name
I started going by my middle name, Deanne when I was 13 because I like it better than my actual first name which is Aprul. My Mom named me after my dad’s birth month. As you can see she wanted to spell it differently as well.
Aprul
The fertile one,โ also, โshe who opens for fertilization,โย based on the Latin aperilis or aprilis, โthe opening thing,โ in allusion to the month of April, when the earth opens for fertilization. April Name Origin: Latin.

The story behind your names, Aprul and Deanne, is genuinely captivating! The unique spelling of Aprul, inspired by the month symbolizing growth and new beginnings, carries such a rich and beautiful meaning. It’s a lovely nod to nature’s awakening and the idea of blossoming, much like the Lily of the Valley you mentioned. And your choice to go by Deanne from a young age shows your personal connection and preference for this name, adding another layer to your identity. Both names hold their own charm and significance, making your story all the more special. Thanks for sharing this delightful aspect of your life, Deanne! ๐ฟ๐ทโจ

I think April is a beautiful name. I am not used to the spelling Aprul though. None of our kids are named after a birth month. Mine, March, wouldn’t go, but my wife’s birth month is June, so we could have named our daughter June.

Thank you. How neat is that , my husband’s birthday is March 3 and mine is June 6. Right, June would have worked.
